okbag Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and okbag ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at okbag.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, promotional offers, and customer support.

By accessing okbag.net, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the okbag platform.

okbag reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the okbag platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following criteria to register and maintain an active okbag account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. okbag strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and will not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-imposed exclusion that would prohibit you from engaging in online gambling activities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not have had a previous okbag account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

okbag employs age verification procedures at registration and may require documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform — in particular at the time of your first withdrawal request or if account activity triggers a compliance review. Accepted documents include a national identity card, passport, or government-issued photo ID valid in Bangladesh.

If okbag discovers at any point that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria, the account will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by an ineligible user will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which will be voided. okbag accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible users.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of okbag services, you must register an account by providing the required information accurately and completely. Each individual may hold only one registered account on okbag. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be asked to provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a unique username, a strong password, and any additional verification information required to satisfy our know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. All information submitted must be your own genuine details. The use of false, borrowed, or third-party identity information is prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your okbag login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. okbag will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okbag immediately by contacting [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal requests or account access until compliance is achieved. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements. Deposits are typically credited to your okbag account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. okbag does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges — please check with your bank or mobile financial service provider for applicable fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the account settings panel. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment channel. okbag aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of submission. 4.4 Prohibited Payment Practices

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. okbag reserves the right to return third-party deposits to the source account and suspend the associated okbag account pending investigation. The use of okbag for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on okbag are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within each betting market and game interface and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity on okbag:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the final odds that apply to your bet.
• Void Bets: okbag reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at obviously incorrect odds due to technical or human error, bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of placement, and bets that are determined to have been placed in breach of these Terms.
• Maximum Winnings: okbag may apply maximum payout limits to individual bets or betting markets. These limits, where applicable, are displayed within the relevant market interface.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and other sports are subject to additional live betting rules published within the in-play interface. Live odds fluctuate rapidly and bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the moment of system confirmation, not at the moment of your click.
• Casino Games: All casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

okbag runs promotional campaigns tied to the cricket calendar and Bangladeshi cultural events, including BPL and IPL seasons, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are announced through the platform and are subject to availability and specific terms published at the time of the offer.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbag platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports fraud, or placing bets with access to inside information not available to the general public.
• Collusion with other players in casino or live dealer games.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without prior authorisation from okbag. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in the suspension of the account and recovery of the disputed amount from any remaining balance.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing okbag staff or other users in any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

okbag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where continued operation of the account poses a compliance, fraud, or security risk. In such cases, okbag will communicate the reason for suspension or closure to the account holder as far as is legally and operationally permissible.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your okbag account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, okbag will process the closure within 5 business days. Any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome before the account is closed. Remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling habits require intervention may request a self-exclusion period through the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. 9. Limitation of Liability

okbag shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or content published on okbag.net, including odds, statistics, match previews, or promotional materials.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond okbag's reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or hosting infrastructure.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including fraud or identity theft where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from the voiding of bets or forfeiture of bonus funds due to rule violations.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by okbag's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which okbag operates. okbag makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the okbag platform, you should first contact the okbag customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work to resolve it within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any specific game rules, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and okbag regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
